Packaging FAQs
Answers about packaging selection, export support, quotations, starting quantities and lead times.
01How do I choose cartons or wooden cases?
We first review dimensions, weight, centre of gravity, vulnerable areas, handling and route before discussing heavy-duty cartons, wooden cases, printed cartons or a combination.
02Can you support low starting quantities?
Starting quantities depend on box style, material, size and process. Share your product type and we will discuss a practical production arrangement.
03How can I get a quotation?
The site does not publish fixed prices. After you submit your company, phone number and product type, the team will confirm dimensions, quantity, transport and packaging needs.
04What should I consider for export wooden cases?
Phytosanitary and treatment requirements for solid-wood packaging may vary by destination and material and should be reviewed for each project. Case construction and destination compliance are assessed separately.
05Can you help with customs, inspection and transport?
We can coordinate partner service providers. We provide packaging products; the partner provider’s actual contract defines service scope, fees and responsibility.
06Can you help with booking, domestic transfer or fumigation?
We can coordinate relevant partner providers by project. Availability, timing and document requirements depend on the cargo, destination and provider confirmation.
07What information should I provide?
The initial inquiry only needs company, phone number and product type. For follow-up, dimensions, weight, photos, quantity, delivery location and transport mode help define packaging.
08What loads can use heavy-duty cartons?
They can suit industrial loads that need palletisation and careful handling or stacking. Board grade, box style and support structure must be confirmed for the project and do not replace load validation.
09Can cartons and wooden cases be combined?
Yes. Common discussions include cartons with pallets, wooden cases with fitments, or mixed materials for localised protection.
10Do you provide samples?
Whether and how samples are arranged depends on the product, box style, quantity and project timing and is discussed after requirements are confirmed.
11How is lead time confirmed?
Lead time is confirmed against specification, quantity, process, materials and delivery location. The website does not publish fixed lead-time promises.
12Can packaging be delivered nationwide or to export projects?
Delivery is discussed against project location, packaging type and transport arrangement. For transport support, we can coordinate partner providers.
